Group CFO
Joanne joined Amplio Group in August 2009 having worked alongside Andrea Davi since 2004 in her previous role as Group Reporting Manager at Amafilter Group as a key member of the group management board. She has a wealth of experience in international business planning and strategy, due diligence, raising finance, restructuring and integration of acquired businesses.
Graduating in geography she joined KPMG and has further developed her career holding senior finance roles at Waterford Wedgewood Plc and within the JCB Group. She has also held a Non Executive Directorship for Brighter Futures Housing Association.
Joanne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Chartered Management Institute and the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors.
